CityGodsNYC specializes in custom apparel, promotional products, drinkware, sports merchandise, and personalized items.
Because many of our products are custom-made, colors, placement, and sizing may vary slightly from digital mockups.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Sales tax will be collected where required by law.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full before production begins.
We accept secure payment methods offered through Shopify, including major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other available payment options.
5. Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted artwork, spelling, names, colors, sizing, and design approvals before placing an order.
CityGodsNYC is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Production begins shortly after an order is confirmed.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

7. Shipping
Production times vary depending on the product.
Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.
CityGodsNYC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, graphics, product images, designs, and text, is the property of CityGodsNYC unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use is prohibited.
Customers must have permission to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted artwork they submit for customization. By submitting artwork, you represent that you have the legal right to use it.

CityGodsNYC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product involved.
