All custom-made, personalized, printed, or embroidered products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes:

• Promotional products
• Personalized gifts
• Business branding items
• Team or event merchandise

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

If the error is ours, we'll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
