Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with CityGodsNYC Custom Branding & Promo. We take pride in creating high-quality custom products and getting them to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Custom and personalized orders may require 5–10 business days for production, depending on the size and complexity of the order.

Large or bulk orders may require additional production time. If so, we'll contact you with an estimated completion date.


Shipping Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where offered)

Please note that delivery estimates begin after production is complete.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders from time to time.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

CityGodsNYC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can only update the shipping address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.

CityGodsNYC is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Weather-related delays
  • Holidays or other circumstances beyond our control

If your package is delayed or missing, we'll gladly help you contact the carrier and provide any information needed to file a claim.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

If the damage occurred during production or shipping, we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
